When the framing, metal, doors, and gutters are complete, we collect final payment and make sure the site is cleaned and the building looks exactly the way it should.

Typically not, however we can arrange site work if need be. Usually our customers handle grading and site preparation before construction begins. We can provide advice, but the goal is that we can get to work on construction when we arrive, rather than push dirt around.
